Reviewing how well this is happening is therefore a critical stage of the commissioning cycle, as it allows us to examine and recommend ways of improving what we do. When done well it helps us understand both whether we are delivering services in the right way, as well as whether those services are the right things for us to be doing to meet our priorities.
