Leicestershire Together have agreed their priorites for 2012/13.

These priorities will be supported by the continued development of an integrated approach to the commissioning of our services.  We have produced a road map to set out how integrated commissioning in the Leicestershire Together partnerships will work in the run up to the new financial year in 2012. The purpose of the road map attached is to set out how integrated commissioning in the Leicestershire Together partnerships will work in the run up to the new financial year in 2012. The aim is to be as clear as possible about what it means in practical terms for the people and organisations involved. It has been developed after input from various Leicestershire Together boards and organisations.

Strategic commissioning will help us realise our vision for Leicestershire through the way in which we design, develop and deliver proved and effective services that meet the needs of our citizens. It will be centred on people, collaborative, better evidenced, sustainable and challenging.
